Terry Roberts, an employee at Veterans United Home Loans, believes that his mission is to serve Veteran communities in a Christ-like manner and to help fellow veterans take advantage of their VA benefits. After serving in the Marine Corps for 9 years, Roberts can understand the challenges veterans face once they are discharged. Having been homeless for a brief period himself, his focus as Board President of Welcome Home is to lead its current, short and long-term focus so that the organization can continue to be an ongoing resource for veterans.
